My name is Rossana Marvin, a licensed Realtor since 2006 and long-time resident of Campbell. In addition, I have a B.S. degree from San Jose State University in Business Administration and Management. I feel blessed to live in beautiful Santa Clara Valley.

The valley is unique, competitive, and complex. As a full-time Realtor in the valley and beyond, I know how important it is to advocate for you.

For the last 16 years and counting, I have had the privilege of working with families, neighbors, friends, and community members. I’ve represented clients from all walks of life from high tech executives and engineers and real estate investors to retirees and first-time home buyers.  I am here to help you navigate the complex and competitive real estate market. Meeting and exceeding your expectations has been my goal and passion since day one.

I believe in guiding my clients through every step of the transaction process to keep them educated and informed. I manage every transaction with accuracy and careful customer care. I am a strong negotiator. The law of win-win says:  Let’s not do it your way or my way; let’s do it the BEST way!! 

On a personal note, I am a mother of two young men and two furry children (dog and cat). Being a pet enthusiast, I volunteer my time to help transport animals around northern California as part of a group that transports animals for shelters, rescues, and foster homes.

I love to travel and have done so extensively in the United States, Mexico, and India. Europe is my next destination. I am also fluent in Spanish.
